By booking an appointment, using our website, or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Beyond Blush Studio offers professional nail art and makeup services at the customer's chosen location (home, office, hotel, etc.) in Pune, Maharashtra.

All services are subject to availability and are provided only after a confirmed booking through our website, phone, or social media channels.

2. Appointments and Bookings

All bookings must be made in advance via our website or official contact numbers.
Appointment slots are subject to availability and confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment in case of unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you at the earliest and reschedule or issue a refund (if prepaid).

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for each service are listed on our website and are inclusive of basic taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to revise pricing without prior notice.
Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer or cash at the time of service.
Prepaid bookings may be required for certain high-value or bridal packages.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 6 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
If we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be processed (if prepaid).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days.

5. Service Area

Currently, we operate only within Pune city limits.
If the location is outside our serviceable area, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the booking.
Additional travel charges may apply for remote areas or extended travel time, and will be communicated before confirming the appointment.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure a clean, safe, and well-lit space for our professionals to perform the services.
You must provide access to a power source, seating, or table if required, especially for nail art or bridal makeup services.
Any pets at the premises must be secured to avoid interruption or risk to staff.

7. Health and Hygiene

Please disclose any known skin allergies, infections, or medical conditions before the service begins.
We follow strict hygiene protocols, including sanitizing tools and using disposable items where possible.
If our technician suspects a contagious condition (e.g., nail fungus, skin infection), we reserve the right to decline service.

8. Liability

Beyond Blush Studio shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of products or services, especially if prior medical history was not disclosed.
While we use high-quality products and trained professionals, individual results may vary.
